You wrote it is a "flat-text database". What have I to change to load the file ccount_database.php as CSV in Open Office? And then back to server?

CCount database is not compatible with CVS and there is no built-in way to convert it.

You would need to manually write code to read the custom database format and convert it into/from another one.

Earlier it was easier (using Click Counter 1.1) ...
