Hesk only has 6 status, can it have more?

eg.
1. assigned to out contractor company
2. waiting for budget to be approved.
3. etc.

In the original Hesk it's currently not supported. What you could do is rename status "In progress" and "On hold" to something else, but that's it.

There's an unofficial mod that will allow you to add more statuses (along with many other changes), see http://mods-for-hesk.mkochcs.com/
