Seems also before the update visitor can't open ticket because SQL error message who I was unaware... So maybe with update in time my database have issue.
I AM reinstalling a new clean Hesk and mod of Hesk. This will take BIG works and also made all my ticket and knowledge to be lost... but is not a problem for me in this time... as I Am not working with the Help Desk... it's just for manage better requests.
Hope to don't see in future this issue.

Issue still present also with a new install.
I receive SQL error message, user are unable to open tickets.
Something is bad.
I think I will move to OsTicket stop to use Hesk and Mod Of Hesk. This issue is too big. Sorry I don't know if is issue with Mod of Hesk or Hesk.

Turn on debug mode and then send the ticket. What is the error that appears?
Also, sometimes updating the version can be weird for some reason. Just execute this query against your MySQL database:
UPDATE `hesk_settings` SET `Value` = '2.6.0' WHERE `Key` = 'modsForHeskVersion'
