Install of Mods 4 Hesk Stops after 2.0.0

Hi,

I have followed the install instructions and the install completes up to 2.0.0 and then stops.

My Environment is

HESK version: 2.6.7 - HESK is up to date
PHP version: 5.6.18 (MySQL)
MySQL version: 5.6.30

As this is a live help desk - I have had to uninstall for now - I have tried this several times and can not get past this point.

I have also tried removing the "IGNORE" from the installSql.php - did the same thing.

We really want to get this going - can you point me in the right direction to go to from here?

It looks like the installer is getting stalled on the IP/Banned Emails migration. Since you're performing a fresh install, try the install again. If it hangs, go back to the install page, and then click on "2.0.0" (or whichever version finished installing before the installer got stuck). This should allow you to skip the migration (since you have nothing to migrate anyways) and continue on your way.

Thank you for coming back to me.

Hesk is not a fresh install. so it would have to migrate?

Mods for hesk is fresh.

I deleted all banned emails (there were no banned IP's) and tried the install again and it still did the same thing.

Okay - tried what you suggested and that worked - the installation completed.

I go to log in to the admin panel and get the following SQL error with Debug turned on

Error:

Can't execute SQL: SELECT `ID`, `Closable` FROM `hesk_statuses` WHERE `IsDefaultStaffReplyStatus` = 1
MySQL said:
Table 'bubsngru_help.hesk_statuses' doesn't exist
