MySQL Version: 5.5.49 - cll
/hesk_settings.inc.php there , Recordable
/ Attachments There , Recordable

I have problem with attachments, to generate post attached properly in the attachments folder , if I make any FTP file / folder image that works perfectly .

I have problem only when inside the HESK via browser is unreadable .

I followed all the information below to no avail.

Based on the description it could be an issue with "UTF-8 BOM":

1. Did you modify any Hesk files? If yes, use original ones.

2. Do you use a non-English language in Hesk? It is possible it was not saved correctly, see if your "text.php" file (inside "language" folder) can be fixed with this:
