Install hangs at 2.0.1

Hello,

I have 2 hesks installed on the same server. I updated both with the latest version. I then went ahead and installed the mod. It went fine on the first hesk, but the second it hangs at 2.0.1 and I get the error to check alter, drop permissions but I don't understand what I need to check and where. My hesk has worked fine so I assume all my settings are correct.

The warning to check for ALTER and DROP permissions is just a general warning to make sure that the database users have the proper permissions (if you installed HESK with the same user and password, you should be fine). If you made a backup of your database before installing Mods for HESK, restore your database backup and jump to paragraph 2. If you did not make a backup, go to the install folder (http://pathtoyourhelpdesk/install), and click the "uninstall" button at the bottom of the page. The uninstaller will revert any changes made by Mods for HESK (the uninstall will "fail" at some point, but that is okay, as you did not install the entire system).

Once you have ran the uninstaller, go back to http://pathtoyourhelpdesk/install and click on "No previous version" (the blue button at the bottom; the wording may be slightly different). If the installer errors again, post a screenshot of the installer, along with the console at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, I did search this forum and found the info regarding the mod versions and I did redo it picking the No previous version option. I did this on the first hesk and that worked and was installed without problems. But for the second hesk I still get the same error and why I posted his thread because I couldn't find any threads that fit my issue.

I have removed the mod again and my hesk works fine. Any other suggestions?

Update,
When testing submitting a ticket my hesk now gives the error: Can't execute SQL even though I have used the uninstall of mod feature.
I'm going to reinstall hesk.

Uninstalling Mods for HESK does not replace any files; you are responsible for replacing the Mods for HESK files with the regular HESK files if you choose to uninstall.

Yes, I understand that, it was just a follow up to my previous post and question.
I would like to use this mod since hesk doesn't offer any responsive templates and would be happy to try again, if I could get some suggestions. Or would this be considered a bug?

Since I have no clue what went wrong with the installation (the only information I have from you is that "it hanged"), I cannot determine if there are any issues with the installer. All I can say is to try installing Mods for HESK again, and if anything goes wrong, provide a screenshot of the installer, including the console at the bottom of the screen. Also do not close the installer if it hangs, as I may need more information from that page.
