Install error, Mods 2.5.5 clean install, stops on 2.1.1

Hi,

I am trying to install Mods 2.5.5 over an existing installation of 2.6.7 Hesk in a test environment. Every time I do the installation fails at v.2.1.1. I have ensured the user has the correct rights and the sql_mode is set to "".

If it fails and I retry, it starts at pre-1.4.0 and fails again. I end up having to uninstall the entire thing and fix HESK over again.

I would like to test this out but it will not install. Any ideas?

Do you have MySQL 5.7 or later installed? If so, there is a known issue in the 2.1.1 update with MySQL 5.7+. The fix is to open "installSql.php" in /install/mods-for-hesk/sql and remove all occurrences of the word "IGNORE".
