Good afternoon. I'm from Brazil, so excuse the bad English.
The system is great, but I need that each open ticket is published a summary of the ticket of the content on a page, which can be on the homepage or in the knowledgebase. Example of what must be equal to phpMyFAQ, which each approved ticket is recorded on the right side TOP 10 and Latest FAQs and clicking on the summary appears.
I do not want to use phpMyFAQ because Custom fields fields are not optimizable by the administrative panel.

HESK tickets can be imported in knowledgebase by clicking the yellow light bulb icon within the top right corner icons when viewing a ticket as admin.
There is no way to automatically convert all tickets to KB, it needs to be done one-by-one for each ticket.
