Good morning , my doubts seem basic , most could not find here in the forum .

Could someone tell if it is possible , I put my logo in the email that the User receives when it generates a new ticket , would have some model .

I can only find material on header , that part I managed to follow step by step, more in MAIL it is difficult , thanks for any help .

HESK currently supports plain text emails only, so adding a logo is not possible.

It will definitely be added, but unfortunately I don't have any timeline when.
