modal tab in navbar list

Hey.

I use mods for hesk.

I want to add a new tab in the navbar. But i will not change the style in the list.

Like this:

when I click on the link About me I want to open a User Profile Widget with Modal

I will add this: http://bootsnipp.com/snippets/featured/ ... dal-window

how should I do to fix that?
