I just realized that users are only permitted to attach 3 documents to a knowledgebase article, regardless of HESK settings. Is this on purpose (such as due to technical limitations), or is it safe to increase this number to any amount?
Edit: Upon further investigation, it appears that 3 more attachment options appear each time the article is edited. So is it safe to assume that there is no limit to the number of attachments?

Correct, there is no limit to how many attachments can be added (don't remember why I have 3 hard-coded, will fix it).
