Articles not showing in sub category

Post by ollie10123 »

Script URL: http://www.enviroswimpoolschool.com/
Version of script: 2.5.2
Hosting company: Webmotions
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: articles, sub categories

Write your message below:

I am having a strange issue with the way articles are being displayed.

All articles are showing for the parent category, however for sub categories, the articles will not show unless i add another sub category.

Example: http://www.enviroswimpoolschool.com/kno ... category=4
Sub Category has been added to this sub category and all articles are showing.

Knowledgebase
--FAQ's
---------Where to next (had to add this sub to get articles showing for FAQs.)

http://www.enviroswimpoolschool.com/kno ... category=3
This page has no subcategory added and no articles are showing.

Knowledgebase
--Installation

I have a mod installed for to get Bootstrap theme but cant see any other reason why this does not work.

Any tips?

That's definitely something related to your mod and not something that happens with original HESK.

I'm not currently able to reproduce this in Mods for HESK. An example of a category without a subcategory (but with an article) is at http://mods-for-hesk.mkochcs.com/demo/k ... category=3. One thing I did notice is that articles are being displayed above the subcategories, while in my instance articles are being displayed below subcategories. Did you modify any of the knowledgebase code yourself after installing Mods for HESK?

P.S. Klemen, would you mind moving this to the Mods for HESK sub-forum, please? :D
