Loosing "assigned to Group" info when saving "permission tem

Subject: Loosing "assigned to Group" info when saving "permission template"

1-When I go to the users
2-I make them a "User group"
3-save and it will work
4- Now I go to edit "Manage permission templates" and change a permission
5-Here is where is goes wrong: > When I save the template > all users will not be assigned anymore to the groups
6- resulting in that I have to reassign the users to the groups

This is not a problem. Templates are not groups, so if you change the security for a template, it will not change the security of users who were created with that template

I think it is not a very nice feature to create for Mike (Time consuming). It might be complicated, but I would also love to see this to be changed
Also I experience the problem that if a new category is being created by an admin lower than THE ADMIN, the same category that was made is not visible for the admin that created it him/herself
