I have been using this guestbook for a few years with no problems. I can no longer access it. I get the following message:

ERROR: We don't like spammers. You have been permanently banned from this guestbook!

I have removed all the entries from the banned_ip.txt file. I still get this entry in there:
216.71.125.2%

I'm not sure how to proceed.

216.71.125.2 is your server IP.

This probably means one of the following:

- your server is serving PHP pages through a proxy of some kind?

- your server is serving Cached results (disable cache for "gbook" folder - as your host about this)
