Updated to 2.4.1 but version in settings still be 2.4.0 in two different installation.

Download 2.4.1 again and run the installer. I accidentally told the installer to run the 240 scripts a second time, so nothing would get updated. I'm actually extremely surprised the installer didn't crash and burn.
