Automatic search customer contact details

Iam adding tickets on behalf of my customers.
Is there any addons (customer database etc.) to search old customers data (name, email, custom fields) without having enter same data every time?

Example:
My customer brings his computer to my shop and i fill the ticket first time.
Same customer needs help on next week or later and i have to fill same information as in previoius visit.

Unfortunately not, this is not something supported by HESK at the moment, as it doesn't use customer accounts.
