New Permission Assign Tag

Dear Team,

I need a new permission tag in user permission tab i.e. "View Tickets Only" in which user can have access only to "HOME" tab and under this user can only view tickets. Nothing other access required.

I tried to give :

1. View Tickets
2. Can view unassigned Tickets
3. Can view assigned to others Tickets

But with these rights, user can change ticket status and change priority also after open a ticket. Apart from this other tabs are also visible like; Mail and knowledgebase.

I just want that user can view ticket and view tickets all reply and cannot do anything else with tabs of "Home", "Profile" and "Logout".

I know you can help me out on this. Waiting for your revert.

Unfortunately such customizations are out of the scope of my support, so you will probably need to hire a PHP developer for help with this.
