Error in Save Changes in Admin Page

Hi,

I was trying to add custom fields in admin page but when I tried to save changes, I got this error :
You don't have permission to access /esupport/admin/admin_settings_save.php on this server.

You don't have permission to access /hesk/admin/admin_settings_save.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Kindly help me on this one.

This is probably something on the server blocking it, for example a mod_security rule being triggered.

You will need to contact your hosting company to confirm what is happening. Ask them to check mod_security logs to see if a rule is being (falsely) triggered.
