I apologize if this question has been answered, but I couldn't find anything about it.
We have started to use HESK, and we are looking for a specific feature that may or may not exist. We have it set up to send an email to all staff, notifying them of a new trouble ticket being made. What we are wanting to happen is for all staff to receive an email when one of the staff members has accepted that ticket. This way, if I got up and went to lunch, then came back, I would be able to see if any new tickets came in, and who has accepted them, without ever having to open my browser and look.
