Save changes delayed

Hi,

When I click "Save Changes" post page says "Success: Your settings have been successfully saved" but settings at gui stays unchanged. After a F5 it shows the correct value of the setting.

Our Server Department says it is not related with server settings but I am not sure. Have you got any idea?

We are using Ubuntu 14.04 with LAMP without any cache system.

The only reason it would stay like that is if caching is used. Double-check php settings (APC, memcache, ...).
