When a new ticket is created, the e-mail comes to me. When I click the link in the e-mail; a warning appears that is "Invalid E-Mail Adress". Then I refresh the page. After that I can see the ticket without and problem.

Another Problem,

When I try to set a ticket as "Solved", I take same warning; "Invalid E-Mail Address".

Could you help me?

1. Do you have original HESK or any mods/customizations (did you edit any files)?
2. Can you post a sample link generating the error message?

1. No, I didn't touch any file. Also I reinstalled again.
