Hello,
On latest version 2.2.1, after user submits a ticket, assigned admins do not receive notification emails.
Auto assign is enabled. Is there something I am missing?

Auto-assign email notifications are working fine for me. Were they working on a regular HESK instance before you installed Mods for HESK?

I had hesk 255 working fine and sending email notifications correctly.
This is what i did:
upgraded hesk from 255 to 262
installed mods for hesk 2.2.0
This is when i noticed notification emails are not sent.
I upgraded mods for hesk to 2.2.1 hoping it will solve the issue, but still no email notifications sent to admins.

If you turn on debug mode, do any errors appear when submitting a ticket? Also, does the assigned admin have "A ticket is assigned to me" checked under the notifications tab on their profile / manage users page?

With debug mode on I get only the errors for missing header and footer txt files, nothing else.
Yes, admin users have all checkboxes ticked except for "Someone adds a note to a ticket not assigned to me".
