can be upgrade hesk 0.94.1 to 2.6.2 at once ?

Yes, the upgrade script can upgrade 0.94.1 to 2.6.2. Some things like passwords and any license files may need to be reset after update.
Just make sure:
1. make full backup of existing files and database
2. make sure your server meets 2.6.2 minimum requirements: PHP 5+, MySQL 5.0.7+
3. follow upgrade instructions in the docs folder
