I just installed Hesk in conjunction with dolibarr
This works great
I would like to include in the submission of a ticket, in the message area a pre-defined text:
Domain name in question: www.clientdomain.com
Company Name:
I do via the web site .htaccess redirect to the Hesk
Redirect permanent clientdomain.com/support http://support.mydomain.com
I do not know how to:
1- ensure that there is this predefined message
2- recover the domain name to insert automatically in the message body
