Re: Adding Ticket statuses
Unfortunately, I lost the cheat sheet when doing some server admin work, and I never had a backup made. However, I am planning on adding the ability to create custom statuses in the next release of HESK UI

Re: Adding Ticket statuses
For your convenience, here are the changes I made for a customer who needed 3 new statuses added:
http://www.hesk.com/extras/new_status.zip
You will find code changes and SQL query for database update there. Modify to fit your requirements.

Re: Adding Ticket statuses
Thanks for sharing.
Anyway, it could be a feature for Hesk 3.x, to create and manage status instead of hardcoded...
Have a nice weekend.

Re: Adding Ticket statuses
Hi Klemen,
I used this change also and I'm very happy with it
Now the problem is, that I want to update to version 2.6.0, but can't get it to work at all.
After the update I get a Can't execute SQL error.
Can you tell me how I should update my installation?
At first I thougt the best thing to do is a clean install and import my old tickets, but there's no such function.
Thank you very much in advance!
