Hi, I have the HESK installed on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Everything is doing well except one thing. Downloading attachement for user who is not the user who uploaded the attachement to the HESK folder. I don't know why, but only domain user who uploaded the file can download it back. When I look at the permission table, I see no permission for IIS user as you can see in the printscreen . Is there any solution?

Definitely a permissions error.

I don't have much experience with IIS, but seems like a problem similar to this one:
