Piping mail problem

So, when I send mail to my hesk , piping works good but it doesn't keep my mail style ( color , bold , .. )

Is it possible ? And if yes , How can I do it ?

HESK processes emails and messages in plain text, so unfortunately preserving the style (bold, color, style) is not supported.
