Hesk seems to be just what I need, but I'm struggling!
I'm struggling to get pop3 fetching working to a Gmail account using port 995 as per the help article example. I know that the username and password are correct, and have google searched for the port number for Gmail to verify, but as yet I've failed to get the pop3 fetch to work.
I've also tried using our exchange server, but this tells me that the connection is refused, even though the details work elsewhere.
What am I missing?!!!! Does Hesk support SSL?
Any advice greatly appreciated, as the payment for a licence depends on getting this great feature to work.
Thanks,
David.

As an additional note, I've just tried again with the settings as specified in the email fetching help section.
Email account used was for gmail, which had it's settings specified for emails from this point on. The port matches the port in the help (995), tried with tls and without, username and password are 100% correct but it's saying:
Error: 10051 could not connect to the host "pop.gmail.com": A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network.
Has anyone else seen this problem?

The Gmail settings in the knowledgebase article are 100% supported, tested and working:

If your connection is failing, two possible reasons are:
1. port 995 is blocked by your (server) firewall.
and/or
2. Google is blocking access to your account from an unknown IP address (server's IP). This is not something that HESK controls but is a Google security policy, I managed to get through it using steps described in my last post here: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4888&p=21772#p21772
