Hello,

I have a buy a license for hesk and I have installed it here http://submission.hydrogeologycongress.gr/

The problem is that suddently stop send emails while my server working properly. Could somebody help me?

Sending email is something the server does, so it needs to be troubleshooted at the server side.

Here are a few steps I you can try:

The most reliable way to send email is to create a real email account and use the "SMTP Server" option (step 4 in above article), just make sure you also do "Step 5" in above article.

Also there is another problem. The administrators does not receive emails from new/reply messages.

Could you help me more?

ok.

I found the problem. The ticket automatically assigned to another administrator user.

Could please inform me how to use Email Piping?

Debug mode can be enabled in admin panel > Settings > Help desk tab > Features > Debug mode: ON

Email piping to PHP needs to be configured on the server and is again not something that can be configured in PHP. Some servers make it easy (for example servers with Cpanel), but others have it complicated.

The steps required are here:

It may be easier to setup POP3 fetching though (similar to email piping, but uses a real email account):
