hesk pop3 fetching error with certain code in body

Hi,

Hesk Pop3 cron jon fails.. hitting the php file manually in chrome it just spins forever then says web page not available.. I pinpointed the information in the email that was causing hte problem. The user had pasted a bunch of code from an old java website, really just wanting the text/table to go in.

I was searching but I can't find out how to but the error logging on in the PHP.. Anything stand out in the emails html source below that causes the problem?

well i put this at the top and i didn't get errors.. still just "webpage not available". If I remove the code I have in the original post, email goes through just fine.

EDIT: php.ini has errors on and I tried the two methods below to see errors with no success

I tested this and the ticket was generated without problems.

Perhaps something on the server is blocking the message (a security-related filter, mod_security or something)? You may want to check respective log files for any related messages.

You can try setting "Debug mode" to ON in HESK settings then running hesk_pop3.php in browser to see the output.
