Hello First i have downloaded the hesk script version 2.5.3 and installed on my localhost server, all are work fine but when it try to update the tickets, assignment of ticket and add user etc tasks i got Invalid Request Error and i am unable to do anything with application. Even when i try to login by selecting "no thanks" option it doesn't allow me to login into admin panel.
I am not sure but i think it is script error, because i tried this on another server/machine as well.
Thanks
Sagar

Re: Invalid Request Error
If it works well on another machine (and for thousands of other users), then it isn't a script error
This probably happens because of PHP session problems on your localhost which could be a result of server configuration or modified PHP files.
Try using original HESK files without any modifications (don't even open and close them) and see if that works.
If that doesn't work, it is probably a PHP/server configuration error.
