What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: Server time offset
Write your message below:
In the header of the one active ticket the dates says:
Created on: 05/23/2014 12:14:47
Update: 23/05/2014 12:42:44
But, in the footer of the same ticket (History Tracking), the dates are:
23.05.2014 19:14:47 | Submitted by Admin Demo
23.05.2014 19:42:44 | Assigned To Support Demo
But i'm also using the Server time offset configuration, and in that place i saw the Current Help Center Time : 19:42 (Using +8 Hrs)
All about this "bug" starts because when i execute the reports the dates and hours show me time off the laboral work time. I thing that something about using PHP time functions (using the regional configuration) from the Apache and others using the Local System Time. But one thing its true, in the same page its an error show two different dates about the same fact.

Re: Displaying different dates in Active Ticket
Problems with MySQL time adjustment is a known issue that has been fixed for the next HESK release - you can expect that to be available sometime in June.
