i don't see a way for help tickets to close automatically after X days, but this would be extremely helpful
If user does not reply to ticket or if a ticket is a sort of spam thing, then sometimes it's just easier to let those tickets just timeout after x days and then automatically be closed
Need tickets to timeout and then change to Closed

There is such a function is HESK, see Admin panel > Settings > "Help Desk" tab >
Autoclose tickets: [?] ____ days after last staff reply
Note that tickets will only be autoclosed if the status is visible as "Replied" (or "Waiting for customer reply") from admin side.

Re: Need tickets to timeout and then change to Closed
thanks, yes
would be great if there were an additional option of something like this:
"close ticket after X days of inactivity" - whether staff or user
i know there is a risk of closing an important, but perhaps missed, ticket, but the X days of inactivity could be made large, like 90 days
