Search didn't work

i already installed my Hdesk, and write some articles Knowledgebase with some tag include, but when i start search from search menu, there is no articled related would be shown.

please help.

Seems to be working for me.....

I believe Hesk searches KB articles by title/content, and not keywords. But I could be wrong.

yes thanks that was appear after i complete adding more kb articles.

but there is another question:

when i type Pub ... there is no articles found but when completely type publisher this shown related kb articles.
this search feature need completely type searching articles, it would be nice if we type 3 letters at least and shown that related articles.

I'm afraid that is a limitation of MySQL fulltext search that HESK uses.

Unfortunately a more powerful search algorithm is beyond HESK philosophy of keeping it small, light-weight and fast so it is currently not planned.
