Hi,
Just a question that I've been wondering about for a while. Is it possible to have any attached images in an email to be added to the message text as html markup? I'm thinking not unlike how the knowledge-base handles them. I've got an instance of hesk running but its users feel the system would be far better if the images could stay where they are in the message where there is better context with the message text.
Has anyone managed to mod anything for this? I found this: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4827&p=21061&hilit ... nts#p21061 which seems to have something about opening attachments on the page though I don't know if that means that the attachments will just open in the browser or be in the message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Images from Email Resposne in Message
To make this work you would have to modify HESK first to use HTML (not plain text) email messages and ticket contents.
This would require modifications that are way out of the scope of my support though. Your best bet would be to tackle it yourself, hire a programmer or switch of using software that already supports this.
