New version of HESK: 2.5.3

HESK has just been updated to version 2.5.3

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.5.2:
1. Download HESK 2.5.2 to 2.5.3 patch
2. Read HOW TO INSTALL.html

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.5.1:
1. Download HESK 2.5.1 to 2.5.3 patch
2. Read HOW TO INSTALL.html

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.5.0:
1. Download HESK 2.5.0 to 2.5.3 patch
2. Read HOW TO INSTALL.html

UPDATE FROM OLDER VERSIONS:
1. Download Full installation file
2. Open docs/step-by-step-guide.html and read instructions under "Upgrading from old versions"


CODE CHANGES IN 2.5.3:
If you have a customized version of HESK 2.5.2 you can apply the code changes yourself:
HESK 2.5.2 to 2.5.3 unified file

If you have a customized version of HESK 2.5.1 you can apply the code changes yourself:
HESK 2.5.1 to 2.5.3 unified file

If you have a customized version of HESK 2.5.0 you can apply the code changes yourself:
HESK 2.5.0 to 2.5.3 unified file

In the download you will find 1 new file and a list of changes in unified format:

In short: remove lines starting with -, add lines starting with +, ignore other lines.

Changes in 2.5.3:
- Firefox built-in spell check is now enabled when creating/editing knowledgebase articles
- rephrased few commands in the interface for better understanding and consistency
- fix: some Javascript not working if translated command contains a single quote
- fix: line separator chars causing Javascript syntax errors in canned responses
- fix: Hotmail breaks ticket tracking ID in email reply subject by adding spaces
- fix: define dt and lastchange variables for emails when adding a ticket note
- fix: email date should be in RFC2822 format (no manual time adjustment)
- fix: allow upgrading from 2.5.x series without patch files
- updated pop3.php to avoid a strict standards warning
- improved and simplified installation/update script
- added .header a:visited to hesk_style.css
- user password length is no longer limited
- updated TinyMCE to 3.5.10
