Error 502 Bad Gateway

I am having a problem where I get Error 502 Bad Gateway when using the HESK Software. I have searched the forum and Google for an answer but didn't come back with anything. I have contacted my hosting company who said it looks like a code issue. The problem only started recently and has worked previously without any problems. I am running version 2.5.2 with PHP version 5.2.9 . If I refresh my browser it usually sorts out the problem but sometimes it will take several refreshes before it will load the page. The problem is also becoming more frequent and has been happening from one page to the next. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what is causing this, but I doubt it's a coding issue (thousands of other HESK users aren't receiving this error).

Have you been modifying HESK code in any way? If yes, try original files.

Another thing I would recommend is to ask your hosting company to update PHP on the server, they are using a version from 2009 full of bugs and known security issues.
