Write your message below: just a quick question, what would need to be done for the code to be modified so the initial email wouldn't be sent automatically to the person who submitted the ticket via email. I know there is the option when creating a ticket as admin but I'm interested in having that option for emails coming into the system. We're doing a phased start of the ticketing system alongside our current support system and obviously We don't want every customer getting a ticket assigned message. I thought it could work if I took the email out of the email folder but I don't want to hurt any of the other functionality of the system. It'll need to be something I can change back too and If i were to take the email out I'm not sure it'd work once I put it back in.
Cheers,
Dan
