Send answer text as mail

Hi Klemen,
is it possible to send the answers directly by mail to the customer?
I know that I can't see then, if or when he read the answer, but that would be faster.

Hi,

You can edit email templates to include the answer by adding %%MESSAGE%% to the email template.
