The Spanish pack linked above isn't correct. It doesn't match the English version. And also the Help Files lots of lines are missing on them (even though it's still in the English language).

Here is my Spanish version and it closely emulates the default English version that comes with Hesk by default. -- please note that the help files are still in English--but they have all the lines included in the most current hesk version.
