This is my mod of using semi-deep integration with Wordpress functions to have hesk fit into the design of your site. Just upload the following files into the respective directories. This mod should work with Wordpress and WPMU 2.7 and greater. This is not an integration of users or the admin backend, but only the frontend design.

Please note the code that must be updated with the absolute path to the wp-load.php in all of the files in the root; the footer.inc.php and header.inc.php files have been replaced by other files; and the footer.inc.txt header.inc.txt files will need to be updated according to the Wordpress theme you use. I hope that this will be helpful to someone. This will get you started and the last modifications will be to the css file.

(Note: For some reason the download link does not work with firefox 3.5.)

Thanks for sharing, but the download link doesn't seem to be working in (in IE either):

If I try "mulyoo.tv" instead of "mulyoo.com" it throws an internal server error.

Hello everyone. I am sorry that I have not been around for a while. I still want to work on this project and supply support for it. So, I've updated the download link. I am not using Hesk at the moment but I will be returning to it once I am finished with a few projects. I am not sure if it works with the new version of Hesk, but I would love to hear from people. Also, check out my bug tracker, so that I can know what needs to be changed and updated. Thanks.

Does the integration include user account integration? I.e. could I log in to WordPress and manage Hesk tickets at the same time without having to log in to Hesk separately?
