Database connection Error with 2.5.2 after update

After the Update from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 and adding an E-Mail-Address I got the failure-message, that there is no connection to the MySQL Database possible.

2.5.2 patch doesn't modify any database details. How did you perform the update?

If your database is OK you will need to manually verify your database settings - download hesk_settings.inc.php file and verify database name, username and password are correct under
