I am working with more people (administrators), but since a while some of them need to be "guided" What I mean is, that I need to check their work before they resolve the customers ticket. I was hoping that you have an easy solution to make sure that I can check the other administrators if needed. A sort of supervision status. They should not be able to close their tickets. I will do that for them or I would give them permission to do so.
