How to set up auto-field filling in http://www.hesk.com/demo/index.php?a=add. For the name and mail taken from AD or from the computer? Also interested in the name of the computer

I'm afraid that is not something HESK supports.

Communication with AD is not required. Possible to get a computer name and user name from Windows

I don't think any PHP script as able to get that info, you would need integration with something like AD.
