Hy guys,
it's possible to hide the category list @some users???
For example:
I've created 6 users into my localhost hesk support:
1 admin
2 vendor "A"
3 vendor "B"
4 engineer "X"
5 engeener "Y"
6 engeener "Z"

The vendor "A" creates a support ticket and the administrator chooses the engineer to assign the ticket. I want the vendor "A" doesn't see the categories of vendor "B", etc. .... and even all categories created from admin, but only those assigned to it. Same rule also for other engineers. It's possible to create it?
