There is no quick fix - this would also require modifying database structure and several files (and possibly make HESK incompatible with future upgrades). Again something that is out of the scope of my support, sorry!

Ok,
Now my idea is to:

> Make a form in Joomla
> Send it to the ticket sytem's email address
> It will be imported as a ticket
> Now the whole email is messed up because it was converted in plain text out of html
> What can we do about this?

Sorry, but why do you need more than 20 (!) custom fields?

Hi alcazar. We have a marketing form with over 40 questions.
Purely for that. I would like to make a form in Joomla, but it is imported by HESK as plain text and it looks awful that way

Maybe you have a better idea? I can sent the form if you like.
