I'm using 2.5.1 and curious what the "tag this ticket" is? I know I can click on it and it "tags" it and shows a tag icon in list view. Just wondering what exactly is it good for? I was hoping I could tag a ticket with different tags like you can with google picaso where you can tag pictures with different keywords to make it easy to search in the future. but this "tag this ticket" feature seems very limiting to what I could use it for. is it to tag a ticket as a priority to be handled immediately? I guess I can interpret it for my use but just curious what others are using it for that could give me some ideas that maybe I don't see.

if you convert a ticket to article then you can tag it to avoid duplicate converting, very useful if there is a group support staffs.

It's simply a way of marking some tickets as "special". Useful for example if you have many tickets and need to list (or search within) just some type of tickets in the future.
