Max input values for Subject Line and Email

Hello,

Using current version all else is perfect - thank you.

I am trying to adjust how long the subject line can be - right now its set to 40. I changed that in /lanuage/en/text.php changed it to 100 but its not working. Logged out, back in and its still set to 40

Also the email line is set to 50. I just had a UK communication and their emails are very long, i want to be able to also make that field 100.

Upgrade your help desk to the latest version that supports long emails (up to 255 chars) and longer subject lines (70) by default.

If you want to add that to your own version it is more complicated than just editing the text.php file. Several files need to be modified as well as database table structure would have to be modified.
