Problem on Hesk 2.5 Fetching and Pipe

The file hesk_pipe.php has permission set on 755, if i try to go on this file i read this error after a very long loading "We're sorry! Something unexpected happened. Please let us know! If you wait a minute and refresh the page, everything should return to normal soon. 500 "

Fetching POP3 doesn't work because it delete all email after opened the ticket, if no delete (in other server) a new ticket is opened for the same email after 5 minutes.

I have loaded the address http://www.peopleinside.it/Hesk/session_test.php and now the language of the setting is in english but i have set italian, how to turn normal again?

Please help me to fix this problem.

I WILL REMOVE EVERITHING NOW AND GO BACK TO NEW OLD INSTALLATION.

I have too many problem for email tickets and i need use the system and fix.
Just you know the new version are not working well. i will not update animore.

I have also tried a new 2.5 hesk setup and problem are same.
with old version all will be work fine.

I have the version 23 so it's to old and i'm unable to find 2.4.2 download link.
I can't use anymore ticket for now, please give me a reply.. i can't beleve the new version of Hesk doesn't work but i have tested on 2 different website in two different hosting and the same error occured.

Also the version 2.4.2 has the same problem pipe don't work on my server webhosting Hosting99

So i reinstalled the version 2.5.0 and i will wait for your support

Pipe file not working on my hosting or server and

If i set on debug mode and load pipe.php the error is the same without debug mode

This is not an error HESK or PHP generates, but an error *YOUR HOSTING COMPANY* generates. I don't have a magic bowl to see what is happening.

If I open your hesk_pop3.php file I get a message that you have POP3 fetching disabled in settings and the password you sent doesn't work.
