possible error importing mail - hesk_pop3.php

imported mail using hesk_pop3.php by calling script through browser and got the following in the browser:

application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document

not sure if this is an error message or what it might indicate

any idea?

These are mime types for DOCX files. It's not something the script returns (you haven't edited it, have you?) so it must either be the server or mail server?

Does the mail get imported successfully?

What message do you get if you turn debug mode to ON in HESK settings (admin panel > Settings > Help Desk tab > Features > Debug mode: ON)?
